EUROPE: A STAFF COUPLE request prayer for a young man in whom they planted the seeds of the Gospel years ago, but continues to have the opportunity to meet with him in person overseas periodically as he travels. The couple believes they will be able to see him again in a few months. They state, “Pray that God will put other believers in his path. When Jesus gets ahold of his heart, he is absolutely poised to be a prolific ‘accidental’ global missionary.”
KENYA: The drought situation in Kenya continues to worsen in twenty-one of the twenty-three countries. This is attributed to the four successive failed rain seasons. There is a vast number of people in need of humanitarian assistance. Pray for CHARLES KINYANJUI as he does what he can to assist his disciples and local people during this time.
ASIA: Pray for a STAFF MEMBER as they will take baked goods to a local park where people walk and exercise daily, to wish them a Merry Christmas. Pray that they will be a blessing to those they meet.
SPAIN: JOB and LORENA GRAIN report “120 people representing different churches met recently and we had a beautiful time with this prayer network in their last meeting for the year. It was a great blessing! From that we established that we will all meet on the 15th of every month for prayer.” Pray for Gaston as the Grains continue to disciple him and as he grows in his faith. Pray also for Lorena as she is currently receiving a series of injections for back pain.
URUGUAY: Pray for TIM GRETSCHMANN as he sees a neurologist on December 30 to discuss the results of his scan.
Pray for the World Partners staff as many invite their disciples, neighbors, and friends to celebrate Christmas with them in their homes.
The World Partners staff wishes you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The World Partners and Missionary Church Inc. offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays from Friday, December 23 through Monday, January 2. Our offices will re-open on Tuesday, January 3.
