“For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart.” -Jeremiah 29:11-13 (NIV)

I grew up in the small town of Croswell, MI. I graduated high school in 2012 and then went on to attend Bethel College in Indiana. I spent 4 ½ years at Bethel and graduated in the fall of 2016 with a degree in Visual Arts and Intercultural Studies. I came home for a time and took a job working at a preschool. The summer of 2017 after I graduated I interned for World Partners in Spain. Knowing I wanted to work in missions, I decided to apply full time with World Partners after coming back from Spain.
~Support raising and learning Spanish
~Language and cultural learning as I adapt to Spanish living
~For strength and conviction as I leave home, family, and friends behind
~That I will find friends in Spain and avenues of ministry that I can work in and through
I grew up in a Christian family, raised in the Missionary Church. My family was heavily involved in the church growing up and I had a good relationship with God. Being a part of the Missionary Church, I heard of missionaries and their stories my whole life. After high school I attended Bethel College, where my faith was stretched and strengthened more than it ever had been before. Bethel College was the best decision I ever made. I started with a Visual Arts major with a concentration in Interior Design. My sophomore year I felt God calling me to be more involved with missions. Missions was always something that interested me. It wasn’t until my junior year that I made the decision to quit my concentration in Interior Design and added the major Intercultural Studies. God confirmed my decision through my semester abroad the next semester, as I fell in love with travel and culture. After graduating I knew I wanted to continue in missions somehow. I did an internship for a summer in Spain with World Partners and fell in love. I knew that World Partners was for me. I decided to join World Partners and go wherever God wanted me.
