World Partners seeks to discover and cultivate leaders around the world. Men and women from other cultures often have spiritual insights and perspectives about ministry that refreshes and inspires the work of World Partners. These leaders also have cultural insights and skills that allow them to be productive in locations and ministries that are sometimes not accessible to North American missionaries. In some places throughout the world, World Partners missionaries from the U.S. and national individuals work together to continue the Great Commission.

World Partners is developing a network of disciple-making leaders. Multi-cultural meetings are held periodically where missionaries and nationals meet together to seek the will of God, form strategies, and build relationships with one another. While these men and women work together as mutual partners, they form a globally dispersed community that is critical to the effectiveness of World Partners.
