Over 500 People Attended Carnival In A Local Village
Praise! A Staff Member reports that carnival in the local village that he and a group of individuals host for the community had 500 people in attendance. This annual carnival provides opportunity to build unity in the community and gives the staff member and his staff the opportunity to share Christ’s love with their neighbors.
Praise! Theo Makombe recently held a training for a group of disciple-makers he has been working with for a year. These men and women are becoming active in their communities. Theo also recently met with a group of pastors from various churches who are reaching the world outside the church walls and Theo has started working with them. Bri Makombe states, “Another amazing result of the discipleship work in Rwanda is weddings. This past year we have seen three couples who were living illegitimately for many years make their union official with the government and church in Rwanda.” Pray for the Makombes as they continue to minister to the people of Rwanda.
