Praying for Breakthrough

Cameroon: Due to political violence following the elections, an important gathering of disciple-makers was postponed. Pray for calm and stability to return, and for the Lord to give boldness and encouragement to the disciples there.

Russia: Pray for a World Partners disciple-maker and a small team traveling to a mountainous region in southern Russia to explore gospel opportunities among the people there.

Tanzania: Pray for peace amid the civil unrest that is affecting the ministry of World Partners–related disciple-makers. Ask the Lord to strengthen their faith and give them boldness as they continue their work.

Bhutan: Pray for a key World Partners–related disciple-maker based in Nepal who is currently traveling to neighboring Bhutan. Pray that he will be able to encourage disciples to start new churches and reach unreached people groups in nearby regions.

Jamaica, Philippines, and Vietnam: Pray for these countries recently impacted by major hurricanes. World Partners–related people in each of these nations have been affected. Pray for God’s provision for them and those they serve, and for new openness to the Gospel in light of these disasters.

Continue to pray for all World Partners staff around the world. Ask the Lord to work through them in all the messy, complicated situations they encounter. Pray God will continue to bring blessings in the midst of ministry. Pray that marriages and families would grow stronger as they follow God’s leading in their work.

Fleetwood Bible Church

"The vision of FBC is to be a river that brings life and transformation to Berks County and beyond by saturating our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What we love about global missions is that it extends our impact FAR beyond Berks County. In Philippians 1:5, Paul refers to that church as "partners in the Gospel". In the same way, as we pray for and support missionaries, we have a real partnership in reaching the world with the Good News."

Titus 3:5

"God saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy.”

Pray for the World Partners staff and their families as many travel for ministry. Pray for wisdom, health, and protection as they continue to share the gospel. Pray for encouragement and strength against the forces of this world. And also, for safety and peace for the World Partners staff who are in countries with volatile situations.
