Praying for Breakthrough

Germany: A long-time Albanian partner who was invested in by several World Partner missionaries recently traveled to Germany to encourage some Albanians there through a World Partners grant. The result is a new house church of everyday Albanians eager to live like missionaries.

Israel: Over the last decade, World Partners missionary Ed Kim has invested in a Ukrainian disciple-maker. To date, eleven churches have been started through this collaboration.

Cameroon: World Partners missionary Rick Dugan met with Cameroonian disciple-makers (some of whom he's invested in for over a decade). The movement there has reached five generations out of which eight churches have emerged. Pray for these disciple-makers as they face a harsh economic and security environment.

Pray that our missionaries and affiliate partners around the world experience a remarkable sense of abiding with Jesus in these weeks after Easter. We know we cannot do anything apart from Jesus. Pray for Jesus to create much lasting fruit through our abiding in Him.

Latin America. Pray for Nat Brown and Abad Reimundo as they travel to El Salvador to encourage a group of churches looking to start the Missionary Church in their country.

Pray for two missionaries seeking to complete their support raising. Ask the Lord to draw new partners alongside them as they share their calling.

Various: Pray for a breakthrough for World Partners staff facing immigration visa issues.

West Missionary Church
Berne, Indiana
Keith Rupp, Senior Pastor

“West Missionary Church has a responsibility before God to help our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world.

We have been able to see God's hand at work in distant lands. We have been allowed to participate in God's protection and provision for His people. And we have been challenged in our commitment to Christ as we have seen their courage as they remain faithful in the face of persecution. WE NEED THEM MORE THAN THEY NEED US!”

James 1:12
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because,
having stood the test, that person will receive
the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

Pray for the World Partners staff and their families as many travel for ministry. Pray for wisdom, health, and protection as they continue to share the gospel. Pray for encouragement and strength against the forces of this world. And also, for safety and peace for the World Partners staff who are in countries with volatile situations.
